Unfortunately, Tori Spelling just can’t catch a break. While dining at a Benihana restaurant with husband Dean McDermott and their four kids, Easter Sunday was almost perfect, but things took a turn for the worse that afternoon. The 41-year-old actress turned reality star took a scary fall and tripped on a hot hibachi grill. After suffering from a large burn on the back of her right arm, Spelling was taken to the hospital and is reportedly undergoing skin grafts to make sure that her burns aren’t too serious.
